World Tour Update – Arrival in Singapore

After almost thirty hours of travel we arrived in the beautiful Island nation of Singapore.

Meaning the “lion city”, Singapore is a melting pot of different cultures and peoples, and is the second most densely poulated country in the world. Every time I arrive here another beautiful building or project is being undertaken. Singapore is always in a state of progress and building. Skyscrapers, opera houses, and multitudes of business people from all over the world, offset the tropical floral backdrop of Singapore’s gorgeous greenery.

The overall heartbeat of the people of this nation is impossible to resist falling in love with. There is an optimism here, much like the ’starry-eyed-feeling’ of opportunity that our dear America promises. Singapore is a “port” or a “gathering place” for so many different countries and cultures… that is one of the reasons that the Gospel is so important here. With different cultures comes many different gods and religions, many of which are dark and steeped in witchcraft and ancestral worship. The light of the Good News is needed, and the people’s heart is ripe. It is our time – in every corner of this planet – to shine!

I cannot wait for what my mother will share with the people of Singapore, and I am so ready to sing the message that God put within me. Thank you for your prayers and support. As we minister here, remember that you minister with us – One Voice.
